**Absolutely not.** Your exact address is used only for the verification check and is never stored in our permanent database or shown to any other member. Other members will only see a "Verified Homeowner" badge on your profile.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and our partner PeabodySecure handles the processing. OlderNow does not store copies of your driver's license on our servers.

Premium members ($19.99/mo) can send and receive unlimited messages, see a full list of everyone who has liked their profile, and receive priority placement in search results. Mutual matches can always see each other's basic info for free.

You can cancel at any time with one click. Simply go to "My Profile" and select "Manage Membership" to access your billing portal. You will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

You can reset your password yourself by clicking "Forgot Password" on the Sign In page. We will send a secure link to your verified email address immediately.

We believe you should have full control over your data. You can request account deletion by emailing support@oldernow.com. We will wipe your profile and all associated data within 48 hours.
