Welcome to OlderNow. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old to use OlderNow. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
OlderNow requires all members to complete identity verification before their profile becomes visible to others. This includes submitting a government-issued photo ID and a live selfie through our verification partner, PeabodySecure. Profiles that do not pass verification will not be activated. Submitting false or fraudulent identification is grounds for immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@oldernow.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not create more than one account. Duplicate accounts will be removed.
You agree not to use OlderNow to:
Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
You retain ownership of content you post on OlderNow, including your photos and bio. By posting content, you grant OlderNow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other members as part of the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not include personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses) in your public profile.
While OlderNow works hard to verify members, no verification system is perfect. Please exercise common sense when meeting people you've connected with online. We recommend meeting for the first time in a public place and telling someone you trust where you're going.
If you believe another member is behaving inappropriately or fraudulently, please report them to us at safety@oldernow.com. We take all reports seriously.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@oldernow.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, poses a risk to other members or the platform.
OlderNow is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that all members will behave appropriately, or that the platform will be available without interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OlderNow disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OlderNow and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or interactions with other members.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of OlderNow after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
