OlderNow ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our members. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or update your profile:
We also collect limited technical information automatically, including your IP address and browser type, to protect the security of our platform.

To maintain the safety of our community, all members must complete identity verification before their profile is visible to others. This process is handled by PeabodySecure, an independent identity verification service. Your government ID and selfie are transmitted securely to PeabodySecure and are not stored on OlderNow servers beyond what is required to confirm your verification status.
Your public profile (first name, age range, city, bio, and photo) is visible to other verified OlderNow members. We do not display your last name, email address, or any verification documents to other members.
We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the platform (hosting, email delivery, identity verification). These providers are contractually required to protect your information.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our members or the public.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your profile and personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
OlderNow is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the site. Continued use of OlderNow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
